6 year old boy empties his piggy bank, sends San Francisco 49er Brandon Jacobs $3.36 to return to the New York Giants
Dear Mr. Jacobs,
My 6-year-old son, Joseph, is a huge NY Giants fan. Last year he had the opportunity to go to a game, and he just fell in love with the team. He was very sad to learn that both you and Mario Manningham are no longer with the team. When he asked me why you were going to SF I explained that the Giants did not have enough money to keep you. So, in an effort to convince you to return to NY he wrote you the enclosed letter, and included money from his piggy bank.
Joseph is just learning to read/write so I will help you by translating his letter:
‘Dear Brandon Jacobs,
So you could go to the Giants, here is my money.
Love, Joe’
I hope this letter finds you well. Congratulations on the Superbowl win! Our family will miss you next year, but we wish you all the very best in San Francisco.
Sincerely, Julie Armento

Chad Johnson is really cool.
He got married yesterday and live-tweeted the event. That’s not the cool part. Chad met his wife on twitter so maybe that makes sense.
The cool thing Chad did was invite a recent widow that he’s never met to his wedding.
“It all started when a woman named Cheryl Minton from Franklin, Ohio, (who writes that she enjoys animals, reality TV and MMA) tweeted a message to Ochocinco — who’s getting married to reality TV star Evelyn Lozada on Wednesday — that read, “I’m feeling pretty low today. Lost my hubby 2 weeks ago. Together 30 years. Very hard. Please pray for me. Thanks.”
Ochocinco responded by asking if she had a passport. She said she did, and Ochocinco wrote back asking if she could pack and be a guest at his wedding.” - CBS Sports
Cheryl showed. He tweeted a picture of himself and Cheryl at the wedding.
Chad is really awesome. People may consider him a diva wide receiver, but he’s not like the others. He’s more of a “look at me I’m having fun” type. He’s not really a “throw me the damn ball” or a “show me the money” type. I’m sure he has those moments, but he’s not in the same league as T.O., DeSean, or Keyshawn.
Although last year wasn’t a great year for him on the field, he behaved himself. Chad is such a likable guy, I really hope he bounces back well in Miami.
